The aim of this training is to discuss the vast implications that individuals in helping professionals incur as a result of their work. The term Compassion Fatigue (CF) will be discussed and the training may be helpful for those individuals who have experienced secondary trauma as a result of talking to clients, those who supervise individuals who may be experiencing burnout, as well as those who advocate for services and programs that combat CF.
